Travel Report 1990: Brand, Vorarlberg (Austria)

Note: I never took notes during this holiday, so all I can do is show you some photographs and tell you a little about where we took 'em :)

Below you see the village Brand (Brandnertal), with the Mottakopf, seen from our holiday cottage.

Next is the Silvretta Stausee (Montafon) with the famous Piz Buin (Vorarlberg highest summit). I can't remember where we took the third picture anymore, but I guess it is somewhere in the Bregenzer Wald. The last photograph on this row is the Lünersee (Brandnertal) with the Cavalljoch in the background.

Here we see the top station of the cable railway from Ischgl (Tirol). Next is the Uga Alpe in the Bregenzer Wald. The remarkable summit you see is the Damülser Mittagsspitze. The flowers you see on the third picture were taken at either Silvretta or Lünersee, I can't remember :)

Again a photograph of the Lünersee, but now seen from the Cavalljoch (or somewhere nearby this joch anyway). The right picture is another one of the cable railway in Ischgl.
